As the Minutes Pass, 2015 in Review

The nice people at WordPress.com have given me this online platform to share thoughts and ideas about public relations, the world around me and lots of “other stuff” since September 4, 2009.

From what I understand, most celebrity marriages don’t last half as long.

This day, as the minutes pass on the year 2015, I can reflect on another very positive, productive year. At this stage of my blogging career and more importantly — my life — I remain positive and optimistic, content but still welcoming challenges.

The PRDude blog addressed some poignant public relations issues, provided a forum to chronicle travels, let industry professionals sound off in a Q&A format and much more.  Please visit the link below for a recap and analysis prepared by WordPress.

Here’s an excerpt of some metrics:

A San Francisco cable car holds 60 people. This blog was viewed about 1,900 times in 2015. If it were a cable car, it would take about 32 trips to carry that many people.

As for a favorite post, I liked them all, but this one — thoughts on turning 60 years old — was perhaps the easiest to write.

What’s on tap for 2016? From my perspective, more of the same. But then, you kind reader, what topics and issues would you like the PRDude to tackle?

Wishing all a prosperous, productive New Year.
